What the Warranty Covers
If a RMA is required during the warranty, Customers will not be charged a hardware repair fee. Customers shall be financially responsible for all transportation expenses, connected with the delivery of the replaced and, or, fixed parts of the product.
If a defect exists, at its sole discretion YRA Electronic Co.,ltd will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product or 360 days, whichever provides longer coverage for customer. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes customer’s property and the replaced item becomes YRA Eledtronic Co.,ltd’s property. Warranty service will generally be provided by a YRA Electronic Co.,ltd Authorized Service Provide.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This YRA Electronic Co.,ltd Hardware Warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for YRA Electronic Co.,ltd. Our company Hardware Warranty does not apply to any non-YRA Electronic Co.,ltd hardware products or any software, even if packaged or sold with YRA Electronic Co.,ltd hardware. Non-YRA Electronic Co.,ltd manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties. YRA Electronic Co.,ltd and its Authorized Service Providers are not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored on any media, or any non-YRA Electronic Co.,ltd product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery and reinstallation of system and application software and user data are not covered under this YRA Electronic Co.,ltd Hardware Warranty. This warranty does not apply: (1) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-YRA Electronic Co.,ltd products, (2) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not an YRA Electronic Co.,ltd Authorized Service Provider, (3) to a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of YRA Electronic Co.,ltd, (4) to a product or part which is consumable or expendable, (5) to a product or part that customer did not purchase from an Authorized YRA Electronic Co.,ltd Reseller, (6) to a product or part for which customer cannot provide a local warranty card (7) if any YRA Electronic Co.,ltd serial number has been removed or defaced,the sealed parts has been altered, broken or opened.
The above rules only apply to the Media products , such as Network Attached Storage (NAS) or HDD Media Player
To initiate a RMA, Contact Technical Support. A Technical Support Engineer will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and verify if a hardware repair or replacement is necessary. If a RMA is deemed necessary, the Support Engineer will collect the following Customer information and forward to the RMA Department for processing.please mail to technical@yrait.com to feed back with it issue . The RMA Department will email you with the detailed answer .
